Thank you Nickelodeon + Krew of Korra

Last Friday was the end of my Internship at Nickelodeon.. bittersweet end. The Krew at Korra has been nothing but fabulous. I worked on a thank you card for the Krew with my fellow intern,Tiffany Chiu who started with the sketch and I finished it up with paint in PS.

One of the first few events I participated at Nickelodeon as an Intern was Chalk Day at George Washington School. I had so much fun and wished we didn't have to go back to the studio. Today, I got forwarded a bunch of letters from the kids, thanking all at Nick who came by and drew on their courtyard during recess.

Couple of the letters mentioned the Girr I drew... but this one especially made my day :)

Oh, I failed to mentioned, Girr and the Pig was my doing :p

My 100th Post! What i saw in Cuba, Summer 2012

It's my 100th post! No drawings today but I'll like to dedicate this post to a very important person in my life, my dad.

My dad has been a huge inspiration in my life and his passion for cameras became part of who i am too. Cuba was heaven for photography, I fell in love with the colors and textures this island had to offer. The classic cars against the decaying walls were eye-candies! Traveling gives me so much creative energy, now I'm pumped up to get messy with my paints! 

I would love to visit there again someday.

i finally did it! which is set up shop for Alternative Press Expo!!

at this point of time im still working my epson R1900 to finish up the sketchbooks of my work for sale at the convention but the stickers and magnets are ready to go!
if my body is still functioning after all week of late nights of school, work and work... i'll be posting pictures of my babies tomorrow :)

last weekend i was invited by Ria Foundation to display my work for Hopes & Dreams Art Exhibition @ Union Square. LOVELY!! My first themed exhibition in the heart of san francisco :)))
